Part 4 - Shopify

Our store is hosted on the Shopify Inc. platform. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and Shopify apps. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Payments:

If you choose to complete your purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify will store your credit card data. This data is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored for the time required to complete the purchase transaction. Once the transaction is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standard, administered by the PCI Security Standards Committee, which includes brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure that our stores and their service providers securely process credit card information.

For more information, you can also read Shopify's Terms of Service (https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms) or Privacy Statement (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy).

Part 5 - Third-Party Services

Generally, the third-party service providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary for them to provide the services they provide to us.

However, some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we must provide to them for your purchase transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies to understand how they will handle your personal information.

It is particularly important to note that some providers may be located in a different jurisdiction than yours or ours, or their facilities may be located in different jurisdictions. Therefore, if you choose to use the services of a third-party service provider for transactions, your information may be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where that service provider or its facilities are located.

For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, the personal information you use to complete that transaction may need to be disclosed under U.S. law (including the Patriot Act).

Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you will no longer be bound by this privacy policy or our website's terms of service.
