30-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges
We have strict quality control standards to ensure all shipped products are in perfect condition. However, returns and exchanges are sometimes unavoidable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, we will gladly process a return of a brand new, unused item.
We recommend that you inspect the package immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged, missing, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. If the return is due to the consumer's own fault, the consumer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose. If the damage or wrong item was caused by our responsibility, the consumer will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges Guidelines
To facilitate your returns and exchanges, please follow these guidelines:
1. Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving the item to obtain return authorization and a return address. Returns without customer service authorization will not be accepted.
2. We only accept return requests due to quality issues. Please allow for slight color and size differences, which are unavoidable.
3. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags and lingerie protective strips intact. We will refuse returns with obvious signs of wear, cosmetics, deodorant, perfume, or other similar stains.
4. Please send the item back through your local post office to avoid taxes and include a completed return/exchange authorization form in the return package. Customers assume all risk of loss or damage during transit, so please keep your tracking number safe for future reference. Please note that we do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
5. Upon receiving the returned package, we will send an email notification and arrange an exchange or refund within 7 business days.
